WRITE TO US
One inbox, read by a person. We aim to reply within two working days, New Zealand time.
You can write in English or Chinese.
What to write to us about
- Using a world. Fiction, a game, a tabletop campaign, a script or a classroom. Tell us which world and what you have in mind. We are usually glad to say yes.
- A hole in a world. Each world is allowed one impossible fact and everything else has to follow from it. If you find a place where it does not follow, tell us which world and which passage. Worlds that fail their own logic get rewritten.
- Lorekeeper problems. A wrong answer, one that contradicts the dossier, or an allowance that seems miscounted. Include the world number and roughly when it happened.
- Privacy and data requests. As our privacy policy says, you can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion at any time. Tell us the email address the request concerns.
- An inappropriate ad. Tell us which page you saw it on and roughly when, and we will report and block it.
